Dr. Robert Bristow awarded 2013 McGill Saykaly Visiting Professorship in Oncology

Dr. Robert Bristow has been awarded the 2013 McGill Saykaly Visiting Professorship in Oncology and the WG Burton Award in Medical Biophysics.  Dr. Bristow is a Clinician-Scientist at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre where he practices Genitro-urinary oncology and is Head of the Prostate Cancer Research Program.  

He is also a Professor within the Departments of Radiation Oncology and Medical Biophysics.  His translational lab program focuses on personalized medicine approaches based on DNA damage/repair and intratumoural hypoxia.  His team is also generating novel genomic and prognostic and predictive biomarkers for prostate cancer response.
